This cheese is delicious! Each cheese had a wonderful strong, creamy flavor that makes eating cheese and crackers an event! We had served the cheese at a few holiday events and always received really nice compliments for it. Also, I had one small problem that was resolved in 2 seconds! Great Customer Service, something that is becoming a thing of the past. But not their company!

The cheese was given as a Christmas present and the recipients raved about the excellent taste.
And it arrived on time for the holidays, although great WI cheese is "on time" anytime.
I would order it again.
